Appalachian Regional Healthcare (ARH) is seeking a Physician Recruitment Sourcing Specialist located in Hazard, KY. The successful candidate will execute outreach strategies, work closely with medical students, and represent ARH positively at recruitment events. A Bachelor's Degree and prior experience in physician recruitment are preferred.

Qualifications

• Prior history in physician recruiting or hospital management/clinic experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Recruit physicians, physician extenders and/or CRNA’s for ARH System.
• Research recruitment opportunities at National Physician Conferences and online portals.
• Screen and evaluate applicants for professional positions.
• Perform reference and background checks on potential employees.
• Maintain listing of potential candidates and specialties.
• Execute events to educate candidates about ARH career opportunities.
• Participate in outside recruitment functions professionally.
• Prepare and maintain various reports as required.
