AdventHealth in Florida is seeking a Senior Project Manager to coordinate cross-functional project teams and drive strategic marketing initiatives across system-wide programs.

You will lead planning and execution, monitor risks and timelines, and mentor staff on project management principles and best practices. This role requires strong communication and budgeting skills with healthcare marketing knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate activities of project team to complete projects.
• Lead staff and stakeholders to define scope and plans.
• Monitor risks, budget, and timelines; ensure brand alignment.
• Provide training and education on PM tools.
• Prepare financial and operational reports; report to Director.
• Collaborate with PMO and Process Improvement teams.
