Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in pharmacy purchasing, inventory management, or a related area.
• Strong understanding of pharmacy operations, purchasing, and inventory management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the procurement of medications and medical supplies.
• Manage inventory levels and ensure availability of essential medications.
• Ensure compliance with regulations related to purchasing and inventory management.
• Supervise and train purchasing staff to improve performance.
• Work closely with pharmacy management to forecast medication needs.

Skills

Excellent organization and time management

Experience with pharmacy wholesale use

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

SureCost experience preferred

Education

High School Diploma or GED

Certified Pharmacy Technician preferred
