Job summary

Kaiser Permanente Honolulu is seeking a Pharmacist Leader to guide clinical pharmacy programs, policy development, and cost-effective drug initiatives across the organization. You will oversee pharmacotherapy safety, lead regional committees, and mentor residents in the PGY2 program.

You will collaborate with pharmacists, physicians, and stakeholders to improve patient care, ensure high-quality drug use, and implement evidence-based guidelines for new and existing therapies across KP facilities

Qualifications

• Doctorate of Pharmacy or equivalent degree and minimum one year of pharmacist experience.
• Minimum three years of leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Provides developmental opportunities for others and coaching to drive performance.
• Translates business plans into actionable items and ensures policy compliance.
• Leads pharmacy and therapeutics committees to support front-line operations.
• Guides teams in pharmacotherapy safety practices and operational programs.
• Develops and implements cost-effective drug initiatives.
