Job summary

Responsibilities

• Manages day-to-day operations such as staffing, workflow process, etc.
• Assists with financial management of primary Pharmacy operations by collaborating with purchasing, buyers, Pharmacy Director, etc.
• Manages human resources management of pharmacy staff; develops and evaluates performance of staff; orients new team members, etc.
• Participates and collaborates with cross-departmental committees as well as external organizations to ensure that Pharmacy workflows and processes are communicated throughout the organization to appropriately meet patient/caregiver needs.
• Identifies trends and patterns of medication use outcomes and stewardship for YRMC.
• Other duties as assigned.
