Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the cancer center ambulatory practice.
• Manage departmental budgets, productivity, and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Participate in hiring, scheduling, and staff development within the Cancer Center.
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative leaders to optimize care delivery.
• Lead strategic planning and quality improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate with Scheduling and Access to ensure accurate charge capture.
• Foster an open, collaborative environment and empower staff.
