Job summary

Great Falls Clinic Hospital seeks a Pharmacy Health System Director to oversee the pharmacy operations across GFCH entities, including the acute care and infusion pharmacies. You will lead staffing, establish policies, ensure regulatory compliance, monitor medication use, and drive patient safety and service quality.

You will partner with providers and staff, manage budgets, and report on productivity and performance.

Qualifications

• Requires BS or PharmD from ACPE-accredited School of Pharmacy.
• 3-5 years of Pharmacy Director experience in a complex health care system.
• Current Pharmacist License in good standing with Montana State Board of Pharmacy.

Responsibilities

• Oversee pharmacy operations for all GF Clinics entities and GFCH acute care and infusion pharmacies.
• Plan, organize, and direct staffing, budgets, and performance monitoring.
• Ensure patient safety by managing medication use processes and regulatory compliance.
