Blue Cross NC seeks a Senior Strategic Advisor to leverage deep pharmacy industry expertise to identify cost-of-care savings, develop revenue-generating pharmacy products, and lead strategic initiatives for enterprise value from Phoenix. You will evaluate trends, conduct analyses, present to senior leadership, and build PBM/vendor partnerships to drive sustainable value across the organization.

This role requires cross-functional leadership from opportunity assessment to execution and value

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare strategy or consulting is required.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional programs from opportunity to value realization.
• Strong business development and financial analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and lead innovative pharmacy strategies to reduce cost of care and support growth.
• Develop and optimize products, programs, and partnerships for new revenue streams.
• Provide strategic analyses to guide investments and priorities.
• Present recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders.
