Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Pharmacy program (PharmD) required.
• Experience with pharmacy purchasing and supply chain.
• Knowledge of the 340B program and HRSA compliance preferred.
• Current Tennessee Pharmacist licensure upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Oversees 340B audit, compliance, and HRSA-related activities.
• Manages pharmacy purchasing, procurement, and contract alignment.
• Maintains inventory across sites to minimize shortages.
• Provides data analysis to optimize cost and efficiency.
• Ensures adherence to HIPAA and organizational policies.
• Collaborates with pharmacy, nursing, and physicians.
• Coordinates with third-party payors and billing.
