Qualifications

7+ years of progressive experience in supply chain planning within pharmaceutical or regulated manufacturing.
3+ years of experience leading teams.
Strong understanding of production scheduling principles.
Proficiency in advanced planning tools.

Responsibilities

Lead the Supply Chain Planning function and ensure accurate production plans.
Oversee the development of the Master Production Schedule (MPS).
Drive robust material planning processes to maintain optimal inventory levels.
Establish and improve planning KPIs related to schedule adherence and forecast accuracy.
