Job summary

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience leading pharmaceutical, biotechnology or life sciences development programs.
• Proven track record of cross-functional development programs.
• Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical development lifecycle.
• Experience managing integrated timelines, critical paths, resources, budgets, risks, dependencies and milestones.
• Experience with project or portfolio management tools.
• Bachelor's degree in a scientific, engineering, healthcare or business discipline.
• PMP or comparable program management certification is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead an assigned portfolio of product development programs and drive progress against key development milestones.
• Develop and own comprehensive development plans covering timelines, resources, budgets, risks, dependencies and key milestones.
• Integrate functional plans into a single cross-functional development plan with clear ownership and accountability.
• Lead milestone and stage-gate reviews and ensure appropriate program documentation is maintained.
• Prepare and present concise program updates, risks, mitigation plans and key decisions to senior leadership and governance teams.
• Maintain integrated timelines, resource plans, budgets, governance materials, milestone forecasts and executive reporting.
