The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration, 0-2 years healthcare finance experience, and

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration or equivalent experience.
Proven analytical skills are necessary.
Must be proficient use of sophisticated software programs and office desktop applications.
Excellent human relations, organizational and communication skills are required.

Responsibilities

Prepares alternate and complete financial and statistical reports by identifying appropriate data sources and meaningful financial indicators, coordinating month-end close.
Creates and generates reports used to analyze data.
Maintains accurate statistical, contractual or other financial databases.
Works with other analysts to manage key financial processes within the facility (budgets, forecasts, reporting, charge management, cost accounting, decision support and reimbursement analysis).
Acts as a technical resource and liaison to system management and department heads on financial issues.
Reads and interprets technical pronouncements, identifies compliance issues and supports data reporting with minimal supervision.
