Job summary

Remote Talent LATAM is seeking a strategic, client-facing Performance Marketing Manager to own relationships across a portfolio of e-commerce brands. The role blends performance marketing strategy, account management, and client success, with internal support for execution and reporting.

You will guide media strategy, budgets, testing, and growth opportunities for clients in a hybrid/remote setup. You will work with an analytics team to translate data into actionable business recommendations,

Qualifications

• 4+ years of digital or performance marketing experience, preferably with e-commerce brands.
• Experience managing multiple clients or accounts (4–6).
• Strong understanding of Meta Ads, Google Ads; TikTok experience preferred; Criteo is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own relationships with approximately 4 to 6 e-commerce clients and act as primary strategic contact.
• Lead client calls and provide strategic recommendations on growth and performance.
• Develop paid media strategies across Meta, Google, TikTok and other platforms.
