Job summary

The NCAA is seeking an Associate Director of Business Performance to lead analytics, project management, and optimization across the national office. You will manage the Asana platform for 300 users, develop reporting tools, and drive initiative execution with cross-functional teams.

Ideal candidates bring strong data visualization, business-case development, and strategic communication skills, with a background in consulting, banking, or corporate strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• Expert familiarity with PowerPoint, Excel, and Asana.
• Familiarity with Agile methodology, project management and Lean techniques.

Responsibilities

• Apply business analytics for technical, operational, and financial analysis.
• Lead project implementation using Asana and develop guidance for 300 Asana users.
• Develop business cases, implementation plans, continuous improvement plans, and ongoing project management support for key initiatives.
• Prepare executive briefings on key strategic initiatives and on-going business performance projects.
• Lead problem-solving and solution design for emergent national office priorities.
• Work directly with project managers to support their delivery of priority projects and initiatives.
• Consult with users on business needs and translate requirements into analytics/reporting.
• Create ad-hoc reports with data visualization as required.
• Other duties as assigned.
