Qualifications

• 3-5 years recruitment experience
• Bachelor’s Degree in HR or Business; or relevant experience
• Sales experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with clients and their teams to align hiring processes
• Coach clients on how to hire revenue-driving roles the CV way
• Recruit talent aligned with client mission, vision, and values
• Ensure weekly progress updates and quick turnaround with clients
• Track applicants daily and manage candidate flow
• Develop recruiting strategy with the team to hit start dates
