In this role you will partner with senior leaders through rapid growth, build trusted relationships, and elevate decision quality across the organization.

Qualifications

• Experience partnering with senior Product and Engineering leaders to drive people decisions.
• Strong ability to translate business goals into people initiatives and actions.

• Own and drive core people processes to reduce friction and increase clarity.
• Identify patterns early, surface insights quickly, and help leaders course-correct before delivery is impacted.
