eClinicalWorks is seeking a Payroll Specialist to manage payroll duties ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant operations. The role supports Finance and HR with data collection, processing, reporting, and issue resolution in a fast-paced health IT environment.

The position requires a bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of multi-state payroll experience; UltiPro is preferred. A comprehensive benefits package accompanies a salary range of $70,000–$85,000 USD.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s Degree preferred.
• 2+ years of multi-state payroll experience required.
• UltiPro experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Runs and quality checks full cycle, bi-weekly payroll.
• Maintains payroll information by collecting, calculating, and entering data.
• Updates employees’ records by entering changes in earnings, deductions, address, direct deposit, and work location.
• Prepares payroll related reports for Finance and HR department.
• Resolves payroll discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information.
• Provides payroll information by answering questions and requests.
• Maintains payroll operations by following policies and procedures; reporting needed changes.
• Maintains employee confidence and protects payroll operations by keeping information confidential.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
