Elevance Health is seeking a Specialty Pharmacy Account Manager for BioPlus Specialty Pharmacy. The role is hybrid, with in-office 1–2 days per week and occasional alternate locations within commuting distance.

Schedule is Monday–Friday 8:00am–5:00pm EST, supporting large payor accounts and contract administration. You will manage payor relationships, coordinate implementations, and liaise with operations to ensure timely service delivery.

Qualificações

• BA/BS and a minimum of 3 years of experience in business operations and/or customer relationships.
• Experience managing payor contracts, health plan, or PBM relationships is valued.

Responsabilidades

• Provide strategic planning and account management for large payor accounts.
• Direct and manage administration of payor contractual requirements and obligations.
• Assist with new and renewal implementation processes for accounts.
• Coordinate with operations to ensure smooth delivery of services.
• Maintain ongoing payor account relationships at multiple levels in health plans and PBMs.
• Make recommendations to improve payor relationships and service delivery.
• Provide on-site and off-site customer service, including plan design interpretation and resolving issues.
• Prepare and submit health plan and PBM reports and metrics.
• Manage payor programs and payor contracts.
