Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Clinical Value Liaison to engage payer and healthcare decision-makers, communicating the clinical and economic value of our therapies. The role operates field-based across payer networks, delivering scientific exchanges and addressing evidence needs to improve patient access.

Ideal candidates have MD/PhD/PharmD or equivalent, 2+ years as a Payor Medical Liaison, and 3+ years oncology experience, with strong data translation and HEOR acumen.

Qualifications

• MD, PhD, PharmD or equivalent degree.
• 2+ years of industry experience as a Payor Medical Liaison.
• 3+ years of clinical or related practical experience in oncology.
• Experience in Managed Care/PBM, HEOR activities, or knowledge of P&T committee processes.
• Strong scientific and clinical acumen.
• Ability to translate complex scientific data to clinical practice.

Responsibilities

• Engage payer and healthcare decision-makers to communicate clinical and economic value of the therapies.
• Plan and execute strategy and engagement for assigned customers.
• Establish scientific relationships with payer medical directors, formulary committees, IDNs, and other healthcare decision-makers.
• Deliver scientific presentations to formulary committees and address data questions.
• Gather payer insights to inform Medical Affairs and evidence generation strategies.
• Collaborate with field-based Medical colleagues, Commercial colleagues, and the broader organization to share Medical insights.
