Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Clinical Value Liaison to engage payer decision-makers and articulate the clinical and economic value of our therapies. This field-based role requires building scientific relationships with medical and formulary leaders to support patient access and formulary decisions.

The candidate will communicate health economic data and real-world evidence, collaborate with Medical and Commercial colleagues, and influence Medical Affairs strategy.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of industry experience as a Payor Medical Liaison.
• 3+ years of clinical or related practical experiences in oncology required.
• Experience in Managed Care/PBM, HEOR activities, or strong knowledge of P&T committee processes.

Responsibilities

• Engage payer and healthcare decision-makers to communicate clinical and economic value of therapies.
• Plan and execute strategy and engagement for assigned customers.
• Establish and maintain scientific relationships with payer medical directors and formulary committees.
• Deliver scientific presentations to formulary committees and address questions on health economic models and clinical data.
