Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nonprofit management, business administration, marketing, communications, or related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in fundraising, development, or related roles within the nonprofit sector.
• Proven track record of successfully raising funds and meeting revenue targets.
• Strong writing skills for grant proposals and donor communications.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Detailed-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive fundraising plans and strategies to meet revenue targets.
• Identify and cultivate relationships with potential donors.
• Prepare compelling grant proposals and funding applications.
• Manage donor stewardship activities to maintain relationships.
• Coordinate fundraising events, campaigns, and initiatives.
• Monitor and evaluate fundraising performance.
