Job summary

Samsung Electronics America seeks a Director to lead strategic partnerships and new business development for Samsung’s TV service ecosystem in New York. You will identify and negotiate high-impact partnerships that drive revenue and shape the product roadmap.

The ideal candidate has 12+ years in corporate development or partnerships, strong negotiation and financial modeling skills, and the ability to drive cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced, executive environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or JD preferred.
• 12+ years of overall experience; deep knowledge of technology and media preferred.
• Strong written, verbal communication, and financial modeling skills.
• Ability to lead complex, senior-level negotiations and present to C-level leadership.

Responsibilities

• Inform long-term service strategy and product roadmap.
• Source, define and execute TV partnership opportunities for Samsung’s service business.
• Evaluate opportunities, secure buy-in from executives, and provide strategic direction.
• Build and deploy implementation plans to ensure project success.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, marketing, ops) on partnership strategy.
• Develop new businesses, products and features leveraging Samsung’s ecosystem.
