Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in related area and seven or more years of relevant experience or equivalent combination.
• Knowledge of clinical research environments and large research universities to understand client priorities and constraints.
• Experience partnering with C-Suite executives and understanding corporate needs to drive MCC business forward.
• Superior strategic-thinking and consulting skills guiding industry partnerships to achievable strategies and solutions.
• Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills for influencing and driving change.
• Ability to influence across levels and manage multiple constituencies and tasks with ambiguity.
• Proven ability to learn quickly, reason, synthesize and draw unbiased conclusions.
• Knowledge of consulting processes to lead significant engagements with industry partners.

Responsabilidades

• Cultivate industry relationships to expand and strengthen MCC partnerships.
• Meet with executives from local, national and international organizations to advance collaborations and trials.
• Secure research funding through industry partnerships and foster cross-continuum collaborations.
