Covered Care, part of Westlake Financial Services, is seeking a Director of Corporate Development to source and manage strategic partnerships in healthcare finance. You will pitch Covered Care as the preferred financing partner and drive revenue through multi-functional collaboration.

The role requires 7+ years in B2B marketing or corporate development with strong negotiation, presentation, and KPI-driven mindset. Hybrid work in Dallas or Los Angeles is offered with travel.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of B2B marketing, business development, or corporate development experience in healthcare finance or related industries.
• Proven success building and managing partnerships with manufacturers, provider groups, or lenders.
• Strong commercial acumen; experience structuring partnership/referral agreements.
• Excellent presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Track record of generating pipeline and meeting revenue targets; data-driven and KPI-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Identify and prioritize potential strategic partners and develop outreach plans.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of partnership opportunities and convert prospects into active relationships.
• Create tailored partner value propositions, presentations, and proposals positioning Covered Care as the financing partner of choice.
• Lead negotiations for partnership and referral agreements with coordination from Legal and Finance.
• Manage partner onboarding and ongoing account management to ensure partner experience and revenue growth.
• Collaborate with Product, Credit, Sales, and Marketing to structure competitive financing programs.
• Track KPIs and provide regular updates to the President.
• Represent Covered Care at industry events and partner meetings; travel 20-40%.
