Job summary

Ethic Tech, LLC seeks a Partnerships Strategy Analyst to support NATO partnership strategy, policy, and concepts development. The role involves assessing opportunities and risks in Partner Nation engagement and drafting studies and briefings for senior leaders.

The analyst will coordinate with NATO and Partner Nations, maintain records of engagement outcomes and lessons learned, and help identify opportunities for partner participation in NATO activities.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in IR, security, or related field.
• Experience in foreign or international security or defense.
• NATO/IGO experience preferred.
• Knowledge of NATO partnerships and defense capacity building.
• Experience briefing senior officers or equivalent civilian decision-makers.
• Strong written policy development and briefing skills.
• Ability to coordinate with multinational stakeholders and prepare clear materials.

Responsibilities

• Support development of NATO partnership strategy, policy, and concepts.
• Draft policies, concepts, reports, studies, and briefings.
• Coordinate with NATO organizations and Partner Nations; prepare staff briefings and point papers.
• Maintain records of engagement outcomes, decisions, and lessons learned.
• Identify opportunities for partners to participate in NATO activities.
• Incorporate partner perspectives into long-term transformation work.
