Paradigm is a software company transforming the way that the residential, construction & building product industries operate across the globe. We have a unique market position catalyzing window and door manufacturers through their full supply chain including distributors, dealers, and installers. We are looking for a Strategic Partnership Manager - Vendo, our in-home selling solution. This is a new role as we scale Vendo.

What You Will Do:

  • You will be a key driver of strategy and growth in a high-potential, high-velocity product line serving SMB installation contractor as well as larger regional franchise and dealer companies, with a strategic tie to manufacturers.
  • You will be a relationship steward and partner to lead manufacturer brand names in the window and door industry, shaping programs to help them achieve their revenue goals by leveraging their distribution channels and Paradigm’s product and sales efforts. This requires cooperation with Paradigm Account Executives focused on direct enterprise sales to the manufacturers.
  • You will also be the relationship owner of key partners in the in-home selling industry, including Affiliate Partners and Dealer Networks, which support small businesses in promoting best practices.
  • You will track and recommend technology integration partners, including CRM (Customer Relationship Management) and FSM (Field Service Management) systems.
  • You will help shape a Go To Market Strategy around Finance and Payments with two pre-existing leading industry finance providers who integrate with our product, while also considering additional suppliers.
  • With the VP of Sales, you will formalize partner programs with regards to goals, pricing strategies, training and enablement, and mutual commitments.
  • You will participate in events, including speaking engagements and demos, to educate dealer and installer network.
  • You will participate in the development (with marketing support) of marketing and sales enablement materials, which may include personas, value proposition canvases, competitive battlecards, etc.
  • You will establish KPIs to track sales acceleration.


What You Need to Succeed:

  • You have 8+ years in the door and window industry, preferably in sales, channel or distribution management, or supporting in-home selling technology. Ideally, you have recognized subject matter expertise and an industry network of relationships.
  • You have experience with sales partner relationships and co-selling models.
  • You can interact with VP and C-suite sales leaders at major building product manufacturers.
  • You have a passion for supporting small emerging renovation contractors in driving their business growth.
  • You must have demonstrated experience with solution selling and strategic sales methodologies.
  • You have a Bachelor’s Degree in related field or an equal amount of related professional experience.
  • You have successfully used a CRM system to track, analyze & forecast a complex sales cycle in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
  • You are known for your excellent collaboration & relationship building skills with an ability to prioritize, negotiate & organize autonomously with a variety of internal & external stakeholders. This may include services, marketing & development (in multiple offices & internationally).
  • You are flexible, able to adjust and change direction as the business & tech environments evolve & change. You are entrepreneurial in spirit; unchartered territories & problems energize you.

Individual compensation packages are based on various factors unique to each candidate, including skill set, experience, qualifications, and other job-related reasons. Most roles at Paradigm have three levels, Associate, Mid and Senior. Our pay ranges are inclusive of all three levels (if applicable). For this role, OTE is a 60/40 split of base and incentive, with base starting at $95k and an OTE starting at $134k. The salary does not reflect total compensation, which includes base salary and benefits. These compensation levels are subject to an annual review.
