Key Responsibilities You’ll Own:

Build Strategic Partnerships:

Identify and pitch Renpho products to customer-facing gifting platforms (e.g., Airline Loyalty Portals, Chase Offers, Amex Rewards) and employee perks programs (e.g., Corporate Perks, PerkSpot, etc).

Product Onboarding & Listing Management:

Manage the full onboarding process of Renpho products — from contract negotiation, price planning, and SKU setup to ensuring proper product descriptions, images, and seasonal placement.

Maintain and deepen relationships with existing partners, monitor sell-through data, and drive reorders or product refresh cycles to increase visibility and sales.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

Work closely with internal logistics, product, and marketing teams to ensure stock availability, packaging compliance, and promotional campaign support for each partner channel.

Stay up to date on competitor activity and new platforms in the corporate gifting and employee benefits space to identify growth opportunities.

Event Representation:

Represent Renpho at trade shows, gifting expos, HR benefit conferences, and private buyer events to build pipeline and brand exposure.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Minimum 5+ years in B2B strategic partnerships, sales, or corporate gifting/perks programs
  • Strong network in the gifting/reward ecosystem (e.g., ULINE, 4imprint, PerkSpot, Maritz, Fond, or similar)
  • Proven ability to land and grow partnerships with large organizations or platforms
  • Self-starter mindset with excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Passion for wellness, health tech, or lifestyle products a big plus
