Job summary

Palmetto is seeking a Relationship Specialist to manage the support and processing ecosystem around our financial products for EPCs. You’ll work directly with partners and collaborate with the Relationship Manager to deliver a seamless experience.

You will handle email, ticketing, and chat requests, manage portal queues, and coach EPC partners and sales reps. The role requires strong communication and a customer-first mindset in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Product Operations, CS, or Sales Fulfillment.
• Knowledge of construction or solar industries preferred.
• BS/BA degree preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to build relationships and collaborate.
• Proficient with Google Suite, Slack, Intercom.
• Familiarity with AI tools and platforms.

Responsibilities

• Support EPC partner requests via email tickets, chat, and mechanisms.
• Manage queues in the financial portal to ensure smooth transactions.
• Provide coaching and training to EPC partners and sales reps.
• Help improve internal processes and systems for service expansion.
• Collaborate with Regional Relationship Manager to understand partner needs.
