Job summary

Human Interest, based in Lindon, Utah, is seeking a Partner Development Representative to prospect into existing partnerships and generate new relationships across payroll, brokers, CPAs, and accountants. You will book high-quality meetings at scale for Partner Account Managers and maintain meticulous records in Salesforce and Outreach.

You will design targeted campaigns, articulate our value proposition, and collaborate with PAMs to fuel growth while building a strong pipeline in a fast‑growing

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of sales or business development experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to articulate financial or partnership advantages clearly.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; proficient in Salesforce and Outreach.
• No fear of making outbound connections and meeting targets.

Responsibilities

• Generate high-quality meetings from net new and reactivated partnerships.
• Outbound calls and emails to drive engagement and schedule meetings for PAMs.
• Develop and execute territory growth plans with Partner Account Managers.
• Design targeted prospecting campaigns using Outreach and Salesforce.
• Present Human Interest value proposition to external partners and drive partnerships.
