Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field; advanced degree preferred or equivalent executive-level experience.
• 7+ years of experience in professional services, partnership governance, executive operations, strategy, finance, or related functions.
• Experience working with executive leadership teams and Boards; strong strategic thinking and communication skills.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams); experience with AI-enabled productivity tools preferred.
• Highly organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage partner lifecycle programs from nomination through retirement and coordinate cross-functional execution with HR, Finance, Legal, Tax, Corporate Development, IT, and Business Units.
• Support governance processes for the Board of Directors and governance documentation; prepare executive analyses and materials for decision-makers.
• Develop business cases, research, benchmarking, and recommendations for new Partner programs and policies; support growth initiatives with Corporate Development.
• Develop dashboards, metrics, and reporting to support executive decision-making and analyze partner data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Lead the year-end Partner compensation true-up process and prepare Board reporting to support compensation decisions.
