Job summary

Crowe is seeking a Manager, Partner Affairs in the United States to lead strategic and operational efforts across governance, compensation, analytics, and communications for the firm’s Partner lifecycle. You will work closely with the Director of Partner Affairs to optimize engagement, performance, and growth across multiple Business Units.

The role requires strong leadership, superb written and verbal communication, and the ability to manage confidential matters with integrity.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field; advanced degree preferred or equivalent executive-level experience.
  • 7+ years of experience in professional services, partnership governance, executive operations, strategy, finance, or related functions.
  • Experience working with executive leadership teams and Boards.
  • Strong strategic thinking, analytical, financial, and business planning skills.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication and executive presentation skills.
  • Ability to influence and build strong cross-functional relationships.
  • Experience managing highly confidential matters with sound judgment and integrity.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams); experience with AI-enabled productivity tools preferred.
  • Highly organized, proactive, detail-oriented, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage Partner lifecycle programs from nomination through retirement and improve execution.
  • Coordinate cross-functional work across HR, Finance, Legal, Tax, Corporate Development, IT, and Business Units.
  • Support Partner nomination, onboarding, performance management, income allocation, succession planning, education, engagement, and retirement processes.
  • Analyze trends and recommend enhancements to Partner experience and operational effectiveness.
  • Support governance processes for the Board of Directors and Board Committees.
  • Coordinate Board elections, Partnership voting matters, governance documentation, and recurring calendars.
  • Prepare executive analyses, presentations, and decision materials for the Board, Committees, and Leadership.
  • Ensure governance activities are executed with accuracy, discretion, and confidentiality.
  • Manage complex cross-functional projects advancing the partnership strategy.
  • Develop business cases, research, benchmarking, and recommendations for new Partner programs and policies.
  • Support growth initiatives with Corporate Development and executive leadership.
  • Assist in development and coordination of Partner communications and Partner Portal content.
  • Plan and execute the Annual Partner Meeting and develop executive presentations for various leadership bodies.
  • Develop dashboards, metrics, and reporting to support executive decision-making.
  • Analyze Partner demographic, financial, compensation, and engagement data to identify trends and opportunities.
