Job summary

Crowe is seeking a Manager, Partner Affairs in the United States to lead strategic and operational activities for the firm's partnership. You will manage the Partner lifecycle programs, coordinate with HR, Finance, Legal and other units, and work closely with the Director of Partner Affairs to optimize partner performance and firm growth.

The role emphasizes governance, analytics, and communications, developing dashboards, preparing Board materials, and guiding compensation processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field; advanced degree preferred or equivalent executive-level experience.
• 7+ years of experience in professional services, partnership governance, executive operations, strategy, finance, or related functions.
• Experience working with executive leadership teams and Boards.
• Strong strategic thinking, analytical, financial, and business planning skills.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication and executive presentation skills.
• Ability to influence and build cross-functional relationships.
• Experience managing highly confidential matters with sound judgment and integrity.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams); AI-enabled productivity tools preferred.
• Highly organized, proactive, detail-oriented, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage Partner lifecycle programs from nomination through retirement.
• Coordinate cross-functional execution across HR, Finance, Legal, Tax, Corporate Development, IT, and Business Units.
• Support Partner nomination, onboarding, performance management, income allocation, succession planning, education, engagement, and retirement processes.
• Analyze trends and recommend enhancements to Partner experience and operational effectiveness.
• Lead governance and executive support for the Board and Committees; prepare analyses and materials.
