Resolute, a data-driven media and measurement agency within The Weber Shandwick Collective, seeks a Manager, Paid Media to lead day-to-day planning and buying. You will work with clients and internal teams in a fast-paced setting, ensuring campaigns align with goals and budgets.

The role emphasizes collaboration, analytics, and hands-on use of Google Campaign Manager, DSPs, and Mediaocean. In-office presence is required several days a week as Omnicom standard.

Competenze

• Bachelor's Degree and 4-6 years of experience planning and buying paid media campaigns.
• Experience planning and buying across online and offline media channels.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to develop client relationships and collaborate with agency leads.

Mansioni

• Oversee day-to-day paid media planning and buying for assigned accounts.
• Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders in a fast paced environment.
• Develop campaign plans, RFPs, and publisher/vendor lists.
• Negotiate rates and added value with partners.
• Manage optimization, reporting, and analytics across media channels.
