Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking an Outreach and Events Senior Consultant to lead planning, coordination, and execution of high-visibility government outreach and training events in the McLean area. You will work directly with government stakeholders to clarify objectives, gather requirements, and ensure events align with program priorities.

Responsibilities include venue coordination, contract review, onsite logistics, and post-event reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics, event planning, project coordination, or outreach activities.
• Strong strategic communication skills, including briefing materials and client-facing engagements.
• Ability to manage multiple moving pieces, trackers, and schedules in fast-paced settings.

Responsibilities

• Plan end-to-end event logistics for trainings, conferences, roundtables, and stakeholder engagements.
• Coordinate with government clients to clarify objectives and capture requirements.
• Liaise with venues, hotels, and production vendors; manage contracts and onsite logistics.
• Support post-event reporting, lessons learned, and continuous improvement.
