Qualifications

• At least 1 year advising leaders in HR or talent.

Responsibilities

• Acts as a trusted consultant to senior leaders and HR.
• Diagnoses organizational issues using qualitative and quantitative data.
• Leads change initiatives, ensuring implementation and sustainability.
• Facilitates senior leadership team sessions and strategy discussions.
• Prepares compelling reports for senior leadership.
