The Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) ensures high quality, patient-centered care and coordinates unit functions during shifts, directing nursing care in line with policies, while serving as a resource for staff and aligning with the hospital's mission and values.

Qualifications

• RN license required.
• OR circulating experience required.
• Board Runner experience preferred.
• BCLS certification within 30 days of start date.

Responsabilités

• Assists with admission and discharge processes to ensure efficient throughput and high quality care.
• Participates in ongoing assessment of the quality of patient care services.
• Collaborates with managers to create teamwork and improve outcomes.
• Supports patient-first philosophy and service recovery as needed.
• Implements nursing strategies such as employee rounding and hourly rounds to boost engagement.
• Recommends and implements actions for staff interviewing, training, performance evaluations, and disciplinary matters.
• Assists with staff scheduling and labor management.
• Supports inventory control and supplies management.
