Vita Plus Corporation in Madison, Wisconsin seeks an Operations Manager for the Distribution Center to oversee daily warehouse operations serving Vita Plus facilities, dealers, and direct-to-customer channels across the Midwest.

The ideal candidate will implement process improvements, lead multi-shift teams, and drive safety, efficiency, and strong customer service while managing relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams across multiple shifts.
• Deep knowledge of electronic inventory management systems.
• Proven process-improvement initiatives in warehousing and inventory control.
• Ability to optimize space, stock levels, and seasonal turns.
• Experience managing and improving distribution financials.
• Confidential handling of information.
• Ability to safely lift up to 55 pounds and operate in a warehouse setting.
• Must hold a valid driver’s license with appropriate insurance.

Responsibilities

• Manage distribution functions and employees at the Madison location.
• Lead safety and food safety initiatives including training and investigations.
• Oversee maintenance, housekeeping and equipment upgrades.
• Maximize use of personnel, equipment, and technologies to serve customers.
• Recruit and develop Warehouse Associates.
