Job summary

Humboldt Pacific LLC is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day interstate transportation operations, including fuel transport, dispatch, fleet utilization, and customer service. You will provide leadership to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable operations while maintaining high service levels.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Associate’s degree or higher preferred
• Experience in operations, transportation, or logistics is desirable
• Knowledge of FMCSA/DOT regulations and safety compliance preferred

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily transportation operations including bulk fuel and aviation fuel
• Coordinate dispatch schedules for drivers, equipment, and customer deliveries
• Ensure efficient routing, load planning, and equipment utilization
• Lead safety meetings, incident investigations, and corrective actions
• Maintain strong customer relations and support business growth
• Assist with budgeting, cost controls, and profitability initiatives
