Job summary

Humboldt Pacific LLC is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead our small, family-first fuel transport business. You will oversee day-to-day interstate transportation operations, including fuel transport, heavy equipment hauling, dispatch, and fleet utilization, ensuring safe, reliable service across CA, NV, ID, OR, and WA.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of three (3) years of operations experience in transportation/logistics.
• Experience managing 24/7 dispatch operations preferred.
• Knowledge of FMCSA/DOT regulations and hazmat requirements.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and QuickBooks.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily interstate transportation operations including fuel transport and logistics.
• Lead dispatch, fleet utilization, and driver performance.
• Ensure safety, compliance, and regulatory adherence.
• Develop new business opportunities and maintain customer relationships.
• Monitor KPIs and drive efficiency and profitability.
