Qualifications

• 12+ years in business operations, technical program management, or related roles.
• Experience building dashboards and metrics for executive decision making.
• Experience leading headcount planning and workforce capacity analysis with HR.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex cross-functional programs with dependencies.

Responsibilities

• Lead DGX Cloud's operating rhythm with planning cycles and executive reviews.
• Build executive dashboards showing capacity, spend, headcount, and performance.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, Finance, HR, and TPM teams on planning.
• Support hiring plans, workforce analytics, and leadership reporting.
• Drive cross-functional initiatives, track actions, and escalate risks.
• Translate data into actionable executive insights and guidance.
• Improve operations speed via automation and scalable planning systems.
• Identify bottlenecks and gaps, implementing durable improvements.
