Job summary

RTX is seeking an Operations & Supply Chain Management Leader to support the NASAMS program. You will develop and execute supply chain strategies, lead cross-functional teams, and manage risk across the program lifecycle.

The role requires a strong, influential leader capable of delivering results in a matrixed environment while coordinating with customers and internal stakeholders. Onsite work is expected in a Defence program setting.

Qualifications

• Experience leading OSC or similar supply chain programs.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD security clearance.
• Experience with cost, schedule, and budget oversight.

Responsibilities

• Lead OSC execution across cost, schedule, quality, supplier performance, and material strategy.
• Manage subcontractor and supplier performance and align with program objectives.
• Develop risk and opportunity plans to meet program goals.
• Provide earned value, cost account management, and budget oversight.
• Drive material sales forecasting and execution for top performance.
• Collaborate across functions and lead teams in a matrixed environment without direct authority.
• Engage with customers and deliver updates on OSC strategy and status.
• Monitor performance metrics and resolve issues proactively.
• Support proposal development, gate reviews, and startup activities.
