Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business discipline or applicable experience.
• Experience leading technical project teams.

• Self-directed with initiative and multi-tasking ability.
• Lean Development experience is desirable.
• Proven commitment to quality and continuous improvement.

• Visio experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plans and manages multiple operations projects, including engineering, procurement, facilities and maintenance.
• Manages milestones, budget, deliverables, quality, and reports project status.
• Maintains risk tracking and mitigation plans for all aspects of a project.
• Defines and controls project requirements and changes to the baseline.
• Coordinates with leadership to achieve objectives and product manufacturing goals.
