Strategic Operations Program Support Director

Location:

US - Remote with 10%-20% travel

Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Program Director to develop and lead cross-functional programs aligned with the organization's strategic goals. The role emphasizes bringing domain knowledge to drive transformational change across the organization.

Scope:

The Program Director will ensure that cross-functional program objectives are achieved concerning budget, planning, performance, and change management. They will oversee strategic initiatives and internal consulting projects aimed at enhancing Blue Yonder's supply chain advisory operations, covering diverse business domains and requiring adaptability and strong learning skills.

What you will do:

  • Identify and implement systemic improvements in program execution through new tools, processes, policies, and best practices.
  • Develop and monitor metrics, reports, and key initiative tracking across the global organization.
  • Proactively identify potential risks and issues, working with stakeholders to mitigate them.
  • Collaborate with senior management on product strategy, organizational initiatives, program reviews, and change management.
  • Manage end-to-end programs within the supply chain advisory portfolio.
  • Coordinate with international teams to ensure adherence to timelines, quality standards, and budgets.

What we are looking for:

  • 5-7+ years of proven experience in managing large, complex global transformational programs.
  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
  • Proven ability to enhance operational efficiency and streamline communication and reporting.
  • Experience engaging with VPs and senior leaders on planning, budgeting, and strategy.
  • Experience leading change management initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of project and program management techniques.
  • Knowledge of continuous improvement principles.
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive offerings.
  • Collaborative and confident leadership skills, capable of supporting a diverse internal team and building an external developer community.
  • Excellent interpersonal, team-building, and relationship management skills.
  • Strong communication skills, including presentation experience at senior levels.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to organize, prioritize, work independently, and adapt to changing priorities.

The salary range for this position is $119,254 - $151,665 USD, reflecting current national data. Actual salary will depend on skills, experience, and other factors. The role may include participation in performance bonus or commissions.
