Panda Restaurant Group in California is seeking an Operations Planning Associate Manager to provide project support to the COO and Operations leadership, coordinating planning, admin tasks, and executive communication across initiatives.

The role drives talent review processes, leadership coordination, and strategic project execution, acting as a trusted partner to optimize organizational effectiveness through planning and cross-functional collaboration.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum five years of experience in Operations, Operational excellence, or process improvement in a multi-unit restaurant/retail hospitality environment.
• Successful completion of initial and periodically required trainings.
• Food Handler's Card within 30 days of employment is required.

Mansioni

• Provide administrative support to the COO, including calendar management and travel coordination.
• Plan and coordinate store visits and leadership meetings, including logistics and follow-up.
• Coordinate leadership talent planning activities and promotion processes.
• Oversee ACO/RDO promotion interviews with COO and senior leaders, including scheduling and materials.
• Provide project management and executive support for Operations initiatives and cross-functional projects.
