Vego Garden is seeking an Operations Manager in Tomball, Texas, to lead cross-functional operational initiatives and drive operational excellence. In this position, you will develop and implement strategies that ensure operational projects are executed efficiently, while managing KPIs and enhancing processes.

The ideal candidate is experienced in operations management with a strong background in project management, fluent in both English and Mandarin, and capable of working effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Operations Management, Warehouse Management, or Distribution leadership experience.
• Strong project management and leadership skills in cross-functional teams.
• Experience in building and managing operational KPIs and dashboards.

Responsabilités

• Translate company strategy into operational projects with timelines and success metrics.
• Drive continuous improvement through root cause analysis and process optimization.
• Oversee warehouse operations through supervisors and managers.
