Job summary

DMG is seeking an Operations Manager in Cincinnati, OH to partner with the GTM leader and drive service excellence across key accounts. You will balance hands‑on management with strategic planning, oversee workload distribution, and mentor junior staff to build leadership depth.

The role focuses on data‑driven decisions, KPI achievement, and cross‑functional collaboration to scale operations and strengthen customer partnerships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in related fields or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in operations management or service delivery with leadership responsibility.
• Proven track record coaching and developing early‑career staff.
• Strong strategic and day‑to‑day execution capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Act as strategic advisor to department leader for initiatives and staffing.
• Provide operational leadership and ensure SLA/KPIs across accounts.
• Own high‑level escalations and coordinate timely resolutions.
• Plan workloads and balance assignments across AEs and AOMs.
• Mentor and coach AOMs and AEs during training periods.
• Ensure onboarding, training reinforcement, and performance management.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to execute plans and improve delivery.
• Engage in executive communications and strategic customer relationships.
• Analyze productivity, quality, and financial data to drive improvements.
• Lead process and technology improvements and manage change.
