Job summary

Clearpath is seeking an experienced operations leader to own the operating system for Radius initiatives. You will manage projects across the initiative, lead prioritization across workstreams, and drive a consistent operating rhythm with field teams.

In this role you will coordinate strategy, align markets, and oversee portfolio operations, relay data, external communications, and executive support. Travel to Radius markets and collaboration with the Managing Director are required.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of operations leadership experience.
• Exceptional systems-thinking skills with ability to build structures, processes, and operating rhythms that increase effectiveness.
• A builder's mindset paired with a learner's curiosity.
• Strong alignment with community-centered approaches to change.
• Experience in collaborative, matrixed environments with multiple stakeholders.
• Highly adaptable and hands-on, spending time in the field with partners.
• Excellent communication, project management, and execution skills.
• Willingness and ability to travel regularly to Radius markets and work with the Managing Director.
• Enthusiasm for Stand Together's PBM principles and culture.

Responsibilities

• Project and program management across the Radius initiative.
• Lead ongoing prioritization across workstreams.
• Develop and maintain knowledge management systems for Radius Initiatives.
• Drive a product team operating rhythm.
• Run the operational side of Radius strategy with governance and checkpoints.
• Operationalize market strategy alignment across four markets.
• Lead internal strategy coordination for Stand Together initiatives.
• Own relay operations and track market-based solutions through stages.
• Maintain shared partnership protocols and portability standards.
• Coordinate external communications and executive support activities.
• Track funder commitments for development and portfolio planning.
• Interface with Investments team to deliver market-side operational data.
