Job summary

Orbis Operations, a technology company delivering sovereign intelligence, seeks an experienced Strategic Operations Advisor, Expert (M2) to lead program planning and evaluation for a US IC client. The role offers interaction with senior stakeholders and travel abroad to support objectives.

The M2 will supervise two or more staff, coordinate tasks, and drive performance insights. Strong leadership, all-source intelligence knowledge, and excellent briefing skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with Poly.
• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years in analysis roles in IC.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong briefing and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of all-source intelligence analysis.
• Attention to detail and strong reporting skills.
• Experience in South American AOR.
• Ability to work independently and in teams.

Responsibilities

• Consult with teammates and clients on process improvement tasks.
• Develop recommendations to enable vision achievement.
• Design research to measure performance of units.
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative analyses for insights.
• Present results to teams and senior leadership.
• Prepare reports and presentations for leadership.
