Job summary

Meta’s Infrastructure Data Center (IDC) organization seeks a Staff Business Operations professional to drive operational strategy, planning, and execution across a global hyperscale data center portfolio. You will define success metrics, allocate resources, and translate capacity goals into scalable operational frameworks.

You’ll collaborate with engineering, finance, and real estate to guide decisions and prepare briefing materials for IDC leadership.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in program management, project management, strategy, management consulting, finance, or operations.
• 2+ years of experience supporting senior executives as a program manager or Chief of Staff.
• Quantitative, analytical, and conceptual problem-solving skills with business acumen.
• Strong written and verbal communication with clear presentation skills.
• Proven track record of organizing and executing strategy projects that deliver results.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage top priorities across teams.
• Experience partnering with cross-functional leadership to turn insights into action.
• Experience with MS and Google Suites, and advanced Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the operational strategy for the IDC organization, including long-range planning and portfolio prioritization across global programs.
• Lead annual and semiannual planning cycles, including budget forecasting and resource allocation.
• Design operational rhythms and escalation protocols to improve decision-making velocity.
• Identify inefficiencies and standardize processes across regions and facility types.
• Translate infrastructure strategy into structured analytical frameworks to drive decisions.
• Prepare briefing materials and memos for executive and cross-functional audiences.
• Manage high-priority workstreams with pre-reads, action tracking, and outcomes dissemination.
• Draft internal communications and coordinate with Infra Internal Comms for leadership messaging.
