• Prepare and analyze financial and operational reports; identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with firm policies and guidelines.

• Support workforce planning including resource forecasting.
• Manage operational projects and track progress.
• Contribute to development of processes, tools, templates, and metrics.
• Prepare leadership materials and status updates.
